TEMS Receives Advanced Life Support Unit

The City of Torrington - EMS has purchased a Chevy Suburban as a quick response unit to be used when responding to calls in outlaying regions of Goshen County, for gaining access to patients in areas requiring four-wheel drive access, to carry specialized equipment and to supplant transport vehicles in times of mass casualties. In addition to critical duties, the unit will be used for transporting medics to training events and meetings throughout the state. Welcome ALS1.
